Appointment and Communication

I enjoy seeing your nail looks in advance! When you arrive, please let us know what you want done. If in doubt, send me a photo before your appointment. This will assist with determining the duration of operation as well as any extra expenses that could be incurred.

Toddlers, Children

Although I adore you and your children, I respectfully request that you keep your children at home. This is to ensure that the performance of the service and the time it takes to deliver it are not affected.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please text or call me to see if there is still time to have excellent service. I cannot guarantee that we will be able to hold the appointment if you are 10 minutes or more late, and I will ask you to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee: I understand that problems come up and you will need to reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be billed 50% of the service fee.

Deposit Policy

There is no need to make a deposit! When making an appointment, you will be asked to place a credit card on file.
